[RPi3] TVHeadEnd add-on in nightlies?

    grabbed nightly 13 to test a few things on a Pi3. Installed OK - but no TVH add-on nor can I access the add-on repository. also no version 13 in https:\\addon.libreelec.tv?? Am I missing something??

    Check /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log for errors and look at the time stamps.

    If you see connection errors and time/date is not correct, set Kodi to delay startup after network for more than 10 seconds.
