Extreme black and white strobing affect when booting libreelec sometimes

Hi, i have been having this reoccurring issue sometimes where libreelec will not boot properly on my raspberry pi 5, the raspberry boot splash happens but shortly after extreme strobing of black and white happens with libreelec, it doesnt matter if its in either mini hdmi port on the raspberry pi. after a while the TV loses the signal and it drops out.

If there is any way to provide logs that would be great.
