[RPi4] Dual HDMI Output Broken in LE 12.2

I have a someone unique setup I am guessing. I have a Samsung 4K TV that does not support DTS. A lot of my media is in DTS, and I have a nice receiver and surround sound system. I have HDMI1 connected to my TV, and HDMI2 connected to my receiver. In 12.0.2, and prior releases, this configuration worked perfectly. "Passthrough" audio straight to the receiver, no issues. Once I upgraded to 12.2 this configuration broke. I tried various configurations in boot.txt and other fixes, but I think the change in kernel and other dramatic changes in this version has made this configuration impossible. Anyone else have any success with a similar config?
