Troubleshooting audio that doesn't play ...

    I have been using the official Kodi remote for iOS to play music and movies. It's been working for years.

    Suddenly, it won't play anything. I see the Now Playing screen in the app, but it's just blank.

    The remote app can connect to the Kodi machine via WiFi, and otherwise things seem okay.

    How can I troubleshoot this problem...?

    Please provide a full debug log.

    How to post a log (wiki)

    1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
    2. Restart Kodi
    3. Replicate the problem
    4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

    use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link
