docker container not reachable

I've managed to identify the culprit, it was iptables: https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/pull/10757

The fix will be included in the next nightly image.

Drop all workarounds you added so far, it should simply work out-of-the-box with the new image.
