[RPi5] HDR settings don't appear at "Settings/System/Display"

When viewing HDR content, the gui is far too bright.

Apparently, according to the wiki, there's a way to fix this w/ these settings: https://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/…_in_HDR_PQ_mode

However the wiki also says "These settings are hidden when the full video chain does not support HDR."

This confuses me because HDR is definitely working and I'm able to watch HDR content and it looks amazing, but the HDR settings just aren't there in the settings/system/display tab like they should be.

Am I doing something wrong? I've got expert mode turned on.
