No PVR message when no PVR was set

Hi all,

I'm running V. 7.0.2 on RPI 2.
A few days ego I started to get a message about PVR add-on, the message is:
"No PVR Add-on enabled
you need a tuner, backend software, and an add-on for the backend to be able to use PVE. please visit......
"

I didn't change anything in my setting nor I have this function (PVR) turned on.

How can I stop this message from been displayed each time that I open up my Kodi?

I don't think so, but just to be sure can you tell where I can find ti so I could double check?

As I thought it is disabled, any other ides?
