[x86-64] HDR not working on Nvidia GPU

Even with the latest nightlies HDR doesn't work and I can't even find any option for it in the settings

I tried the official samples with HDR and HDR10+ but nothing

My build is 5 5600x and an rtx3080 10gb

The audio passthrough works fine though !!
