Reroute audio

I have a lovely pi5 setup with the audio going via the HDMI on my TV. Being that all my audio is on the Pi. I would at this time like to be able to switch it off the HDMI and onto the 3.5 mm Jack when desired.

Try the Audio Profiles add-on. Not sure if it works with the internal analogue audio, but it should work with USB audio.
