[RPi4] Local Movie Library Not Found

Why when the internet is missing kodi does not find the library of movies present on the ubuntu server and not even the database, yet I have all the machines in my network and internet should not be needed to watch the movies. is there any samba or dns configuration to fix?

Impossible to answer without seeing a Kodi debug log and system log .. preferrably copied to pastebin as downloading logs from the forum is a pain in the arse.
