Latest Omega Kodi version with a PC Core i3 2100, a ssd and 8gb of ram and jittery playback of HEVC 1080P 10bit on a tv with support for 720p only. 720p HEVC 10bit plays fine it's just the 1080p clips that don't. I know there's no hardware decoding support on this cpu but it's only at 25-35% for 1080p and 20-25% for 720p. I cleaned installed libreelec and tried it from a bare fresh install and had the same problem. So i installed windows and there was no problems with 1080p at all so the cpu can handle it no problem even with windows being much heavier than LE. I'm assuming it's an issue with LE/kodi and the scaling down of 1080p HEVC 10bit (8bit plays fine) to tv display of 720p. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated because the idea of running windows instead of LE makes me want to puke.

Select a different scaling method, eg. Bilinear

Select a different scaling method, eg. Bilinear
Only one i could find that was usable and ok quality was Lanzos 3 optimized but if i set that as default then all other videos are unwatchable. Is there a way to change the scaling via remote instead of going into the settings each time to change it? I love LE but it's going to be a hard sell to the technologically illiterate gf.
