Buttons 1500 & 1501 in service-LibreELEC-Settings-mainWindow.xml

The addon service.libreelec.settings uses a xml-file service-LibreELEC-Settings-mainWindow.xml to display the libreelec-settings. Within the xml-file there are two buttons with the id's 1500 resp. 1501. What's the purpose of these buttons? Are they used/necessary at all? (line 1101 and 1119)

Wizard what?

Can you please describe in words what the buttons are doing? Under which condition do they get visible?

They are part of the Installation Wizard running at first boot. They are activated if needed from the Python code.
