I can not remove url from file manager

Omega 12.0.1.

I typed in the url of a repo (yes, correct spelling) and I could not do anything with the url. I tried to delete it from file manager like I normally do, but it will not remove. It is odd that the characters are yellow, not white. What can I do to remove the url? Is there someplace in the files that I can get to via ssh?

I do not think this is critical, but annoying.

Hah, I somehow fixed it. I plugged in my usb and rebooted Kodi. The old file manager information went away. I still do not know why the http repo doesn't work.
