fail2ban in docker does not ban IPs - problem with iptables

  • I have a swag container set up in docker on my Libreelec device. I wanted to use swag's fail2ban along with my jellyfin docker instance.

    When I test the ban option giving some incorrect credentials I get some errors related to iptables. Can anyone help with the issue?

    How to post a log (wiki)

    1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
    2. Restart Kodi
    3. Replicate the problem
    4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

    use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link
