error conection refused transmission

    hi i am a newbie and would like help if possible, i am trying to get the transmission to work but i get this conection refused error, how do i get this fixed? Do you have any other programs that do the same job?

    Not sure how you are running Transmission (nor do we care to know) .. but it wasn't provided by LE so it's not something you will receive support on in this forum. Go read forum rules again.
