I am using

I cloned this repo to try to install onto my Orange pi 4 LTS https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/pull/7570

Try it again. Maybe you do get a working Kodi mirror.
If not the following patch should allow to download from LE mirror (untested).
