LibreELEC Menu in Kodi

Hello there. Brand new LibreELEC Kodi user here on an ODRIOD box and so far it works great. One thing I was wondering is, when using the Confluence skin, the "Settings" menu has a LibreELC submenu under it where you can get into those settings. If I change skins, that does now show under the menu anymore. How else can I access that menu?
