videostream frozen after update LE 10.04 to 11.03

After updating from LE 10.04 to 11.03 (and Kodi 19.5 to 20,2) video streams are frozen every 30 seconds and sometimes sound is lost.

I'm using a Raspberry 4

I had a quick look in our crystal ball but couldn't see anything

Please provide a full debug log.

How to post a log (wiki)

1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
2. Restart Kodi
3. Replicate the problem
4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link
