PVR Crash

Hi, Libreelec 11 and 12 crash when changing channels in the PVR.

The issue is described in detail on GitHub (Crash with PVR · Issue #1362 · xbmc/inputstream.adaptive · GitHub)).

It would be useful a test version to try with the proposed solutions.
