[RPI4 Nightly] Can't play .ogg vorbis files on Omega 12 (20230714)

I can't play .ogg vorbis files from local music library. Same files play ok on foobar2000 in Windows and on my Samsung TV usb pendrive, which is linux based.

Rest of music files (mp3, m4a, flac, ..) play well.

The file trying to be played is: /storage/music/S/Status Quo - Famous in the Last Century/Claudette.ogg

Did this previously work on LibreELEC? When was the most recent version where it was working?

It is failing in CE and Window too on Omega. The SeekTime error makes me suspect it is the issue on seek with ffmpeg 6 https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/23199 since the faulty UpdateCurrentPTS() is being called.

Adding a rule to play ogg files with the VideoPlayer also works it doesn't try to seek on startup.

Haven't tried on previous LibreELEC versions, unfortunately.
