Kodi 20

I know it is annoying to rush things. But...
It is just that now NVIDIA Shield bumped their Kodi to 20 and as every major version migrates to new MySQL DB now my bedroom NVIDA Shield TV is using different DB than my living room LibreELEC Kodi.

So as Kodi 20 is out and is being adopted by other releases that adds the need for updage in LibreELEC .

My 2c:
Atmos and HDR on Raspi would be wonderful to have but I personally would think Kodi 20 should take priority.
