All I’ll comment on is the picture quality here. All three formats SD, HD and UHD are perfect. Any box on the same network can access the Twin. If you want to watch live TV you won’t get a cleaner solution. No more broken drivers on kernel upgrades to worry about either.
I’d recommend checking with the developers of the utilities you mentioned for compatibility etc.

As Forage stated here, TBS updated its drivers to support kernel 6. As I'm not familiar with compiling, the lack of TBS drivers is currently holding me back from updating to LE 11. Would you (or anyone else capable of it) please update the DVB add-ons / LE? Forage did already do this for RPi4 here I guess but I'm using a PC...
