Rock 4, Xbox one TV Tuner and libreelec no muxes problem

I hope I am in the right forum here.

I have a Rock 4 SE here and would like to run it with an Xbox TV tuner.

Under tvheadend I see the driver and it has also scanned channels. Unfortunately not all channels were there.

After I tried to run it with a fresh Librelelec today, it can't find any muxes or servies.

What could be the error?

I used DVB-C.

I disconnected the USB hard drive and used a different port for the Xbox tv-tuner stick.

And then it ran and I think he also found all channels!

Then I reconnected the hard drive and it still worked. Maybe it's a power problem while scanning.
