Save the progress of SNES- und GBA-games independly from save-option in the game

Hello,

i'm not sure if this request belongs to kodi, libreelec or libretro.

I love to play SNES and GBA games. In LibreELEC/Kodi this is possible to directly start the gba- or snes-file.

For hard gameplays it would be helpful to save the option to save independly from ingame-save-option.

I know that this is possible e.g. in RetroArch. Since https://github.com/bite-your-idols/Gamestarter is not available for the current version for LibreELEC it would be great if this option could be implemented in further versions. Thanks.

Did you get the build script yet?
It would be nice if we could have this available for the current version of LibreELEC.

Or are there other Addons for LibreELEC which offer RetroArch?

It would be great if there is a option to save while playing snes games all the time and not only on specific save points as the levels are very hard to reach.
