I have Libreelec 11 on my RPi4 Amazon Prime runs fine, but I can't find Championslig FCB-Barcelona.

Probably an add-on issue, which has to be fixed by the developer. Ask at Kodi forums. That's where most add-on devs are.

like it very much, however resolution limited to 960x400 on a FHD TV<

are there any SBC or similar devices that allow for higher resolution, besides the amazon fire devices?
