I've tried to enable TV-Out (CVBS) at LibreELEC 10.0.2 (2022.03) on Orange Pi PC 2 based on Allwinner H5. I added FDTOVERLAYS /overlays/sun50i-h5-tve.dtbo in extlinux/extlinux.conf file, right before APPEND line, but screen didn't display any images.
How can I enable CVBS Out?
Can you remove "quiet" from APPEND and then provide boot log?

Well, dmesg output would be more helpful, but Kodi is also useful. It says: CDRMUtils::FindCrtc - original crtc mode: 720x576i @ 50 Hz which means it uses CVBS output. Do you see LibreELEC logo at boot or nothing at all?
I don't see anything, just black screen. But I hear the sound of startup the system.
Strange. I'll have to try it on my board when time permits.

Everything looks ok in dmesg output. I don't remember testing H5 specifically, but on H3 worked fine. As you might know, H3 and H5 have basically same or very similar peripheral, except CPU and GPU, so this is unexpected. I guess I'll test it on H3 too.
What resistance must be between tv line and gnd?
I don't know, I don't have board at hand. You can check schematic and measure component on your board though, there is one 37.5 ohm resistor on CVBS trace. However, there isn't much that could break physically (mostly passive components), it's more likely driver issue.
The kodi.log says: CDRMUtils::FindCrtc - original crtc mode: 720x576i @ 50 Hz, but in the System settings at the Display tab in the Whitelist block there is not such mode as 720x576i @ 50 Hz. Might it be a reason of this issue? Or maybe I need to disable hdmi out?
Do you have anything connected to HDMI? Anyway, best way for disabling HDMI would be over DT overlay. Do you know how to create one?
I don't have anything connected to HDMI. And, unfortunately, I don't know how to create DT overlay.
Current stable and nightly images doesn't support CVBS at all on H5. After a bit of fixing things around, following image has working CVBS on H5 when overlay is loaded: http://jernej.libreelec.tv/test/pc2-tve/L…gepi-pc2.img.gz
However, image is extremely unstable for me, but I can't figure out if this is somehow related to CVBS or not. Can you give it a try?
CVBS is working. Thanks a lot. But image is really unstable. Also the screen is blinking very much. I thought that the reason of this is low refresh rate. But in log-file says GUI format 720x576, Display 720x576i @ 50.000000 Hz
Screen doesn't flicker for me at all with PAL. Switch to NTSC and see if that helps.
