Does LE have a Windows browser UI?

I can use my CoreELEC UI using a Windows browser by using this IP >> http://192.168.10.88:8096<< . Does LE have an interface like CE on a Windows browser like Chrome?https://imgur.com/R3vXcZs

Their emby add-on is the same as ours, because it is ours. CE is basically a fork of our codebase (including add-ons) with a few Amlogic specific extras included.

I had a brain fart. :). I was confusing the Emby server with CE and LE....... Disregard. Smoked too much dope when younger.
