Hi All.
Ok, i'm new to libreelec and tvheadend so please bear with me.
im running raspberry pi 3b with libreELEC + Kodi 19.4.
i've installed and enabled the tvheadend add-on. (19.0.6.1)
the "run" icon is greyed out.
i cant access tvheadend via "ipaddress:9981" it just wont load.
i'm using a raspberry pi TVhat with a receiver plugged in.
When i scroll down to "TV" in kodi it says "PVR manager is starting up" but never leaves 0%
what am i not doing? or what am i doing wrong?
