LibreElec hangs on splash screen

I had someone LibreElec and Kodi on a Raspberry Pi 4 years ago. I have had no issues until the last few weeks where it just hangs on the splash screen

I am running version 9.2.8. I am not a techie so any detailed help is greatly appreciated.

Find a spare SD card and see what happens when you clean-boot a fresh image. If it boots fine you narrowed the problem to software.

Not sure how I do that as I mentioned, someone did it for me. I just plugged it into my TV.

Libreelec is not plug and play. You must learn the basics or you'll be reliant on someone to maintain if for you. Everyone here had to learn it and you can too.
