10.0.2 auto starts my raspberry pi

When I upgraded to latest 10.0.2 now my raspberry pi always starts automatically. I don't know exactly when but when I'm home from work it's on and so are the TV.

Please guide me how to turn it off.

have you checked the cec settings under System>Input>Peripherals>CEC Adapter?

Disable CEC completely and see if issue still occurs. That will narrow down whether it is CEC related or not.

I went back to older libreelec and now it works. Raspberry pi doesn't start by it self.
