ssh-copy-id: not found

i cant copy my ssh keys from libreelec to server/pi/desktop
usually i use ssh-copy-id user@ip like mentioned here
LibreELEC

but with libreelec on my htpc i get

ssh-copy-id user@ip
-sh: ssh-copy-id: not found

am i doing something wrong?
