Installing LibreELEC 9.2.3 with Kodi 18.8 and RetroPlayer patches on PC with SYSTEM and KERNEL files without img file.

Hi,
I would like to instal LibreELEC 9.2.3 with Kodi 18.8 and RetroPlayer patches on my old PC. Surprising for me was that there is no img file in downloaded archive. Instead of that I found two files which I suppose to use in some way...

Do anyone know how to install it on PC?

You would need to install original LE from an USB/SD image first, and then 'update' to the other image using the .tar file. However that image is old and probably buggy. So when it doesn't work, please don't come here expecting support
