Since 2 weeks: OpenELEC Rpi3 buffers all the time

Since 2 weeks I have a buffer problem while streaming on my RPI3, LibreELEC 9.2.8, Kodi Leia 18.9. It doesn't matter which app I use. Every one or two minutes it is buffering again.

I tried following:

- Switching between wireless and wired internet connection

- Empty Cache

- Adjust the advancedsettingss.xml values

- Hardware acceleration off

- Reset to 9.2.7, 9.2.6, 9.0.2 gives black screens when trying to stream. Reset to 8.2.5 gave to much problems. Update to 10 is no option.

- New SD card with new LibreELEC installation RPI2.Aim, LibreELEC 9.2.8

Sorry, I should have found the solution sooner: but going back to Widevine 4.10.2252.5 solved the problem for me. You can go back with the Inputstream helper addon, or this way:
