Trying to install Nanomesher Pi Switch on LibreELEC

Hey guys, trying to install the necessary scripts and software to support this Pi Switch so I can remotely turn the Pi on and off but as I've found there's no apt-get support for LibreELEC. Any ideas how I can install the necessary stuff listed at the following page?
