Game Emulators option missing - LibreELEC 10, RasPi 4, clean install

Just installed LibreELEC 10 on a RasPi 4 and the "Install from Repository / All repositories / Games add-ons / Emulators" option is missing. "Controller Profiles" and "Standalone Games" are there OK.

Does LibreELEC no longer support emulators, or is something maybe wrong with this install?

It's a plain install using the official tool, I have not added any extra repositories or done any configuration beyond locale.

I can't seem to find any documentation on steps I may have missed.

I've got LibreELEC 9.2.8 installed on a second microSD card and all seems good there with a vanilla install.

Do a force refresh on the LE repo. The add-ons are there.
