Can't enable 4k60

    Describe the bug

    I can't enable 4k60 on my pi4 2gb. I added the option hdmi_enable_4kp60=1 on config.txt but when I start the pi, I have a black screen and can't interact with kodi. Why ? It's a problem for because if I choose 4k24, I can't play video >25fps.

    To Reproduce

    Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Put hdmi_enable_4kp60=1 on config.txt
    2. Run pi4

    How to post a log (wiki)

    1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
    2. Restart Kodi
    3. Replicate the problem
    4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

    use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link

    Hopefully the next couple of days.

    It's already in internal testing, RPi4 worked fine (I tested it a couple of days ago) and IIRC the other platforms were fine, too.
