LibreElec 10 Beta not reading local edid.dat file

Hi downloaded and installed this image on my PI 4 LibreELEC-RPi4.arm-9.95.4.img.gz

Booting from USB, I placed the edid.dat file (one that I always used in the passed) on the USB root and added the hdmi_edid_file=1 to config.txt

But it is not giving me the correct choice of resolutions, if my AV amp or TV is on then it does, so it looks like its not reading the local file.

Afaik HiassofT told, that isnt more needed in LE 10.

Yes, the config.txt HDMI/EDID settings have no effect in LE10 - that's now all handled by kernel/DRM drivers.

The easiest way to install a permanent edid is to connect the TV, boot LE and then run "getedid create" (like on x86) - that'll dump the edid to a file and perform the neceessary config steps.
