There is no 'easy fix' for Kodi add-ons written in Python-2. They will need to be (re)written in Python-3 for Kodi 19 / LibreELEC 10.
Depending on the add-on itself, it could be a small update, but the add-ons will need to be rewritten (and compiled) none the less.

You will have to ask the people that developed the xenon build.
On the LibreELEC and Kodi forums, you will get no support for add-ons that facilitate video piracy.
