Wrong local time

Yesterday I installed LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-9.2.6 on the SD card of my Raspberry Pi 2 and after some configuration it worked fine on my Samsung Smart TV. The only thing I cannot correct is the local time which is local time minus 2 hours. How can I correct this?
