I am using astrXbian which add your own and friends ipfs source in vstream plugin.
Anyone interested to make it available on libreelec

As far as I know, vstream is still on Kodi's list of banned add-ons for facilitating video piracy.
So the answer will be 'no', also following our own forum rules.
