NFS Server

    Hi,

    I'm new to LibreElec and would like to know if it's possible to install / enable an NFS server?

    Until now, I have been using my Pi4 as a file server on Raspberry Pi OS, but was hoping to be able to be able to reconfigure it as a media centre as well, using LibreElec and its HW h265 support.

    LibreELEC has a SMB server onboard for media file serving as well as file maintenance. An built-in NFS Server will not be packaged by default to keep the overall size as nimble as possible. But perhaps you can install one via Docker support when working with only 1 Raspberry Pi device.

    Kodi is deemed to be a client application only, an NFS server is IMHO best installed on a full OS on a separate RPi-4, such as Ubuntu Server or Raspberry Pi OS itself.
