Support to create a new user to make SSH or to conect via samba from windows

    Hello,

    I am trying to create a new user in Libreelec/Kodi, I am doing this because I would like to connect without root user. If I make SSH with root user I am unable to create a new user with commands Useradd or adduser.

    As an alternative I am trying to user samba to connect from windows. I can access if in Kodi I don't setup a user or password. But If I put as mandatory to type user and password, it doesn't work.

    LibreELEC is a plain vanilla edition of Linux. It does not have any of the usual bells and whistles that "normal" Linux distros. Therefore, in its current form, LibreELEC only supports 1 user: root.

    Connecting to SMBv2 networks: use Kodi's GUI option "Add network location.." with all user credentials & password.
