How to make Chrome or Chromium addons to support Chinese font?

I want to use Chrome or Chromium addon to show Chinese web page, but can not show Chinese character correctly. How to deal with it ?

Install TrueType or Opentype fonts with Chinese character support in /storage/.fonts directory.
