Successfully switched SD Card from RPI2 to RPi3 and everything appears to be running faster and smoother. However, Kodi/LibreELEC appears to be still reporting the old hardware under System Information, Hardware. Is there a way to get this to update? I notice the CPU temperature is changing.

You could try deleting the .cache folder, it holds network info and perhaps other stuff too.
Changing temperature..? The RPi3 runs a little faster and needs a bit more electric power.
