Hi. I returned a Raspberry PI 4 w/Libreelec because ts videos (H264 MPEG-4 AVC with a 29970030 frame rate) were breaking up/stuttering. They were played from a Western Digital HD connected to USB 2.0 port. Is it likely that they would play better if the HD was connected to a USB 3.0 port? Thank you for your time.
Does a video from a HD connected to USB 3.0 port play better than if it is connected to a USB 2.0 port?

Yes, the AVCHD specs say that USB 2.0 is too slow, and USB 3.0 is fine.

Thanks for the information Da Flex. Will try another Raspberry PI with Libreelec.

UPDATE: Bought another RPI4 and added Libreelec. The ts files play perfectly when the external HD is connected to the USB 3.0 port. Thanks again for helping me.
