UHD downscaling to 720p doesn't work

    While UHD downscaling now works under 1920x1080 with the last beta (Wetek Play 2), it doesn't work, when 720p is set.
    When I watch a 1080p channel, I also only see a part of the picture (with 720p under System Settings).
