Enabling 4K60 adds extra resolution but not 60fps

    Dear Forum,

    First post so please be kind. My Rpi-4B is running 4K60 after applying the hdmi_enable_4kp60=1 command to the config.txt file. Adding the same command to the config.txt file on my LibreElec uSD card (v9.2.3) results in a new resolution option appearing in the Video setup menu (4096x2130p), but still no option to run any UHD resolution at 60fps.

    I have official Rpi cables, and a TV and Monitor that can run UHD @ 60fps (as proved by the NOOBS Raspian installation running 4K60 on both units), so any further assistance would be appreciated.
