How to change language ?

    Hello,

    just switched from OE to LE and noticed, that the German Language and Region is missing.
    Only English is chooseable.
    So the Time in the upper right is also wrong, cause I can only apply the Region "Central Europe" and not Germany.
    Would be so thankful if anyone could help.

    Go to settings->addons->install from repository->look and feel->languages

    Or...settings->appearance->international->languages....and install the language you want.

    I've got this problem too, sound like no internet connexion on first start ...
    I resolve that by going into addons and force update. After that I could choose a language ...
