Upgrade Chromebox running 8.2.5

Hi All,

I'm looking for the best way to upgrade a Chromebox running LibreElec 8.2.5, Genereic.X86_64. I have a ton of metadata on it and I'd like to preserve that and my custom configs and skins. All help is appreciated! TIA

Can't you just do an upgrade through the gui?

You should probably do a backup first through libreelec settings and move it to a different device (perhaps flash drive)

aptalca when i did an update in the gui it updated but won't update past the v.8.x. Biggest issue is the media content add-ons won't update at all they just do nothing when i hit the button. I may have to bite the bullet and do a wipe/reload.
