Issues with RPi 4 on a TV

I not sure what is causing this issue on my TV. I have the HDMI cable plugged into the port next to the power port. I suppose it could be be the cable since it is an HDMI 1.4 cable. Any information that will help fix this is appreciated.

A good HDMI 1.4 cable should still work at 4K30fps. But the RPI4B can be quite picky, so using a different cable is a first step.

I can hardly make/see of what is displayed on that screen. How about lowering the brightness/contrast next time when taking a screenshot?
